The RG-820 air cushion bubble film roll making machine is a combination of film feeding unit, forming and cutting unit, and the rewinding unit. It is mainly designed to produce air bubble film rolls in material of high density polyethylene(HDPE), low density polyethylene(LDPE), or co-extrusion (PE+PA) plastic film, which are widely used in all kinds of packing, express and logistics industries.

Pls note that this machine(RG-820) has our latest design, it can produce 4 rolls of air bubble pillow at the same time, if you change the mould, it can also produce 2 rolls of air bubble film/air tube/four rows bubble film at the same time. Compared to the conventional machine, this machine has increased production capacity by two times.
